7 Days in Russia and Almaty

Your warm welcome to Russia. Nice Holidays Travel representative will receive you at the airport and assist you to the hotel by booked vehicle. Representative will discuss about entire tour program and basic things to prepare during the trip in Russia after reach in the hotel. After check-in, leisure time and stay overnight in the hotel.

After breakfast in the hotel, Moscow sightseeing will be start. Red Square, The Kremlin, Moscow Metro, Arabat Street, Moscow State University, Space Museum etc. is the major attraction of the city.

After breakfast in the hotel, proceed to St. Petersburg (About 700 km | By Sapsan speed train 4 hours). After reach, free time and walk towards Nevsky Prospect which is the main street and city centre of St. Petersburg. In the evening, you can enjoy boating in the Neva river with the scenic view of the great city and during the midnight you can enjoy old bridge opening and closing.

After morning breakfast in the hotel, proceed for local city sightseeing. These monuments you are going to visit which is major attraction of the city - Issac’s Cathedral (The main church of the Russian empire), Kazan cathedral, Hermitage museum (one of the largest museum in the world) where you can see around 3 million objects collection.

After breakfast, proceed to Peterhof (40 Km by surface | 1 Hour). This is the original citadel of St. Petersburg which was founded by Peter the Great in 1703. It used to be prison and execution ground of Bolshevik government in 1920s. Currently the palace is part of the State Museum of St. Petersburg. This palace is one of the highlight of our entire tour program of Russia.

Proceed to Almaty by air after having breakfast in the hotel. The city is the largest metropolis and a beautiful city also because its location is in Trans-lli Alatau mountains. Earlier it used to be capital but in 1997, local government decided to shift Kazakhstan capital to Nur-e-Sultan (formerly known as Astana). Still Almaty is cultural and trading hub of Kazakhstan.

After reach Almaty, city sightseeing will begin. You will visit 1st Panfilov and Zenkov cathedral is one of the most visited place in Almaty. After, Kok Tove hills (1100 meters elevation) you will visit which is the highest point of the city and located in the south east edge of the city. You can enjoy panoramic view of the city from this point. Other major attraction of the city is Shymbulak Ski Resort (2260 meters elevation and 25 km from the city) located in the Zailiyskiy Alatau mountain.

After finish entire tour program, head back to the home country.
