1. Booking and Reservations

Welcome to Nice Holidays. By booking a tour, holiday package, or travel service through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation by Nice Holidays.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

All package prices displayed on our website or provided in customized quotes are outlined clearly with all applicable inclusions and government taxes. A booking deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure accommodations and transport. Full payment must be completed prior to trip commencement as specified in your booking voucher.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand plans change. Our standard cancellation policy provides flexible rescheduling and tiered refunds depending on the timeframe of cancellation prior to departure:

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus nominal administrative and hotel deposit fees.
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
• Under 15 days before departure: Non-refundable due to pre-committed partner hotel and flight bookings.

4. Travel Documentation & Insurance

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), appropriate entry visas, and required health certificates. We strongly recommend all clients obtain comprehensive international travel insurance covering health, baggage, and trip delays.
